If you are an Atlanta Braves fan then the
fourth of July was more than just a celebration - it was a triumph.
There is nothing like celebrating the independence of America with best
all-american past-time. Amidst the parades, picnics, family, friends,
beer, and horshoes was the great game of Baseball.
The Atlanta Braves beat the St. Louis Cardinals 6-3 ending a 7 game
losing streak. I can still hear the Braves theme song ringing in my
head. The Braves have yet to lose on the fourth of July, undoubtedly
making it the team’s favorite holiday. Juan Encarnacion hit a 2-run
homer to secure the final score. The Braves are now 37-48 and are in a
